Delivery
Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service. All
parcels are insured and scanned through Hermes/Royal Mails network.
As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an
order confirmation email, you will also receive a further notification email
once your order has been despatched.
If you are out when a delivery is attempted, a card will be
left with information on how to have the parcel re-delivered, or collected from
your local Post Office.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of
the purchase date. All returned/exchanged items must be in new and unused
condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note we will
extend our returns policy for Christmas orders made in November & December.
These orders will need to be returned by January 7th 2026
RETURN/EXCHANGE Process
To return an item, please complete the following:
1. Fill out the ‘Returns/Exchange' slip (which is within
your order)
2. Place the item securely in its original packaging
3. Mail your item/s to the below address:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We
strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return).
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of
your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10
working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
(Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your
credit card statement, depending on your credit card company). We will notify
you by email when your return has been processed.
